The best thing about going 13-5 is the chance to redeem themselves against the big dog -- How will our Bigs do against the KU front line.

One guy played his heart out in the 2nd half. John Newman. Poor effort from everybody else.

This game was lost at the line! If Miller wants something to focus on?? Try having each player shoot 500 fts for next Practice!!!!

Not much of the bearcat toughness today -- weak and didn't hustle/compete.

Terry - didn't get much from some today. DS gave nothing
                      CWM - I was disappointed

                      CWM has mercy

I would throw in rebounding, perimeter defense and movement on offense. Oh yeah the lack of court awareness most of the game.

You can't overwhelm them Leo. It's taken three years to see some semblance of a defense. Let's take one step at a time. Now we work on free throws until we get up to a respectable percentile. Then we can move on to rebounding. Next will be court awareness / keeping eyes on the ball / anticipating passes from drives / catching passes that hit our hands. Apparently all these kids know coming in is shooting the basketball. I would like the know the real number of points we have left on the court in these first 5 conference games with all the missed lay-ups, free throws, and passes bricked off the hands and missed under our own basket.

Well I see some talent and defense, but so many basics are missing. This could be a top 15 or higher team if they mastered a few basics. The season is only so long.
