SMH over two things in the 1st half...
#1) It's obvious this team is not a very good 3pt shooting team without Fredrick's.
#2) Here's the one that bothers me the most, and why I sometimes question Wes's decisions... James was in for a few minutes, hits a pull up shot in the paint, and then is replaced with Thomas...
Okay, I understand having Thomas in. BUT??? This team is struggling Making shots, and we can't find more time for James...?Comment

So with Edwards back, WVU is big and slow with him and Slazinski together. Akok is their athletic big man, but he didn't see much action. I don't like countering size with size, especially when we aren't scoring. I think we need to go small with Skillings at the 4 and spread this team out.
On the bright side, we're defending the three point line really well, inviting midrange shots, and forcing some turnovers. The defense on Kriisa was especially good. Most of our breakdowns were due to Aziz and Jamille being out of position. Why is Jamille jumping 18 feet from the rim on a PnR?Comment
