If we’re going to have a guy average 12ppg, I’d rather have 10-14 every game than 25 some games, and 2 in others.

dan hoard had the best stat, pre game - i'm paraphrasing, but it was along the lines of "240, 260 and 270" - the weights of ISU's bigs. you can talk all the hocus pocus you want. bottom line, the 'cats just don't have the size to compete at this level.

Whenever it gets a little tight ISU just bulls their way to the basket and scores. We have none of that with our group. We gave to go through acrobatics to get near the basket.

We just don’t have the size to match them. I really thought that Page would give us far more than we got this year, or that McKinley would give us some honest bulk. We just don’t have the size.
