So over three possessions (on two of which we called TO's to setup a play), we get a desperation three by Celestine (who is purely a spot up shooter), an even worse two off the dribble by Celestine and a perhaps even worse three off the dribble by Baba.

We have PG's, but there is no guy who you can hand the ball and say go get a bucket on this team. Having a guy like that was a staple of Cronin teams and something Wes knew we needed. Instead of getting a proven scorer, he went and got an unproven freshman in Abaev to be that guy.

Coaching matters most in the last 4 minutes of a game and even mid-major guys are better at it than Miller. He has no business being in a power 4 conference.

the root of the problem why we can only do those two things and not others because we lack a floor leader who can. One who is calm, can see the floor and knows his teammates and opponents to anticipate what they will do. The Cats have not had such a player in years - nor a tournament appearance.

im a fan, not a coach, but I always see is his lack of awareness of when we have fouls to give, or tonight, when WVU had them to give

I used to love to listen to the post game on the radio - but I don't wish to hear an adult whine. Plus what can he actually say. We tried hard -- its coming -- I'm pissed -- I am only here because it is in my contract.

You can listen to Miller on the post game and it's a reflection of what's happening on the court. He's a mess and the team is a mess. No amount of NIL $$'s will make a difference as long as he is the coach.

It's a damn shame that so many of us that have supported this team for decades have to watch a guy like Miller completely erode the proud legacy of winning.
