Not getting a return call from UC doesn't surprise me, as I've noticed this for some time now. But not returning a call for $$$ does surprise me;

My AE tried to sell me more tickets for next FB season, so take from that what you will.

I had an interesting post script on this - yesterday I received a letter from UC's Tower of Strength section explaining that their mailer made an error of omission on this one; the bottom-line is that a portion of the invitations sat at the Post Office for awhile, and when discovered on January 5 they were subsequently delivered. The remedy was somewhat murky though.

So, not part of the lack of personal communication trend on UC; unfortunately this is a continued trend for the USPO. But, in their defense, the USPO has a complicated and tough row to hoe.
