With the state of Ohio Gov. giving an executive order, this puts to bed that the state only cares for tOSU. Plenty of deep pockets outside of tOSU spoke to DeWine. Is this a mess? Yes it is, but this us the state of ball today. Today we get Collins, but who knows the repercussions down the road. With the NIL out of control, one could sense the government getting involved. Lots of fans want a level playing field and of course, their team to win.

Do you think the BIG 12 wants all their teams to win on the big stage and so adding Collins helps UC and TV ratings.

but, when different courts in different states make different / opposing rulings, that's what we have now - who knew - maybe li'l mike is a roundball fan

So if this sticks. What will the addition mean on the court. Does this change the offense a little. It has to change the rotation. I hate the politics, but I love the Cats and Collins to me, will be a very big piece of the team. You play with the hand dealt.

Based on Dewine's EO. MJ Collins is currently eligible for now. The Ohio Supreme Court is looking at it per Sam Erlich
