    I've read that and I agree with you. There are some facts on TV media legal stuff mixed in but the article is total bunk.

    Source: Today (Monday) the Big 12 will announce they have narrowed down their list of teams they're considering. UC will be on the list.

    They make perfect sense. Look at Louisville and their investment prior to getting a seat at the table. Look at what UC is trying to do with Nippert and 5/3rd. The only problem is that with smaller schools in smaller conferences, they will never see the payback in their investment with the inequality of TV revenue. Fresno also did not make themselves into a national joke by lobbying for a seat that they would not get.

    Houston's not getting to eight ever. No one outside of Texas is going to touch them for this round of expansion. The other school's aren't stupid. They know exactly what Texas is trying to do here.
