Here is a fascinating story about how slimy Tom Juruch is and how Louisville built a money making machine at UL. What ticks you off the most is that their facilities and budget, from these ill gotten gains, is what put them in the ACC ahead of us. It is kind of funny though to see how the city of Louisville got hosed on the lease deal on the KFC Yum center about as bad as Cincinnati did with the Bengals and Paul Brown Stadium.

Pitino's lawsuit vs Adidas has been dismissed:
https://www.cbssports.com/college-ba...federal-judge/
Background (from the link)
Pitino...sued Adidas claiming it "recklessly avoided knowing, that coach Pitino's reputation for honesty and integrity would be seriously damaged by the perception -- even if unfounded -- that he was involved with the illegal and wrongful payment of money to recruits, or on their behalf." Adidas filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit in November, providing evidence that Pitino was "both aware and supported the scheme" to funnel money to recruits. Pitino is still in a legal battle with the University of Louisville Athletic Association over breach of contract.

U of L's arguments against Pitino. This also implicates Depaul in a pay for play issue with Brian Bowen.

Why don't they sue Pitino? He's the one that caused the championship to be taken away!
