2025 Recruiting

CSS said recently on his radio show that, while they intend to concentrate on the 300-mile radius of Cincinnati, they are still working on building relationships with the area coaches. So, for the time being, they are recruiting the areas that the assistants already know.

This and Fickell also heavily recruited Georgia as well. Georgia, the school, has an Ohio State and Alabama type problem. They recruit nationally more so than regionally and don't take really good players from their own state sometimes which leaves other teams with talent to pick from in their state. I don't think this is a Tuberville situation if that was on your mind.

Is it just me, or am I seeing more and more interest here on southern athletes, and less on Ohio since Satterfield got here. We saw how that worked before.
