Barnes was a CUSA All-Freshman defensive player. He has 3 years to play and I think we might have a diamond in the rough here. He's a converted RB from HS.

I don't see him listed in the Portal. Are yiu thinking he's gone? I think he is a starter with his speed and year with Sorsby

He's not in the portal. He's still on the roster . I'm not sure if he was injured last year or what but he red-shirted after 4 games in 2023 and we've barely seen him on the field since then. He was a top 50 player in the state (GA) coming out of HS.

Jennings comes to UC from Charleston Southern. He's originally from Columbia SC which is the staff's home recruiting area so I suspect they've seen him previously at some point.

We've never played Lindenwood, which just moved up to D1 in 2022 as a provisional member.

I have never heard of the college. Apparently a D1 FCS school and a member of the Ohio Valley Conference.

Lindenwood is in St. Charles, just outside St. Louis.

This one's been percolating for a while. I was getting a little worried that he was not going to commit to UC because the whole thing took longer than I expected. This will be Rusnak's third stop after Charlotte and Michigan State. He's a redshirt junior so I'm assuming this will be his only season with the Bearcats.
