This one's been percolating for a while. I was getting a little worried that he was not going to commit to UC because the whole thing took longer than I expected. This will be Rusnak's third stop after Charlotte and Michigan State. He's a redshirt junior so I'm assuming this will be his only season with the Bearcats.

I have never heard of the college. Apparently a D1 FCS school and a member of the Ohio Valley Conference.

I want to say we might have paid them as buy game fodder in basketball once but I might be thinking of a different school.

Caldwell played last season at Lindenwood in Missouri. He's originally from Louisville.

Nolan comes to the Bearcats from Quebec via the University of Albany. He was first team All-Canada in HS.

Small quick guys can get low and hold the block. Sometimes it is strength and leverage, not always beef.

True but it seems as though he might be up to 280 and the hudl stats are wrong
