Not very often will you see that first sentence. The last two sentences are about the AAC. It would be nice to see two "Deserters" to be in the championship game.

Saturday ended with Illinois, Purdue, Minnesota and Iowa all tied for first at 4-3 after the Hawkeyes beat Wisconsin with 146 yards of offense. If you dig into the schedules and tiebreaker possibilities, Iowa is probably the favorite to get to Indianapolis with two weeks left. ... No. 22 UCF is pointed toward a return to the New Year’s Six. The Knights beat No. 16 Tulane and are looking good to host the American Athletic Conference championship with games remaining against Navy and USF. UCF likely will face the winner of the regular-season finale between Cincinnati and Tulane.

While I wasn't paying attention last night, we made the CFP rankings.

I certainly hope that TCU wins out so that the Country avoids an all SEC-Big 10 CFP. Sorry to the ACC and Pac 10 which will be left out again.

Coaches Poll still at #21 this morning. Tulane is one spot in front of us. UCF dropped out.

There was a lot of movement in the polls. I think that the pollsters have decided that UC is a 21 team, and we will sit there unless we get a loss. We will have to keep an eye on Coastal.

I suspect that UC drops out this week. However, here are some games of note:
              1 - #13 Wash wins against WSU 41 - 33.
              2 - BYU in the 4th Q, 28 - 12 against Stanford.
              3 - MSST vs #20 Miss, MSST wins 24 - 22.
              4 - #23 TX wins against Baylor 38-27.
              5. NCST beats #17 UNC 30-17.
              6. #18 UCLA beats CAL 35 - 28.
              7. #2 Georgia beats GT but was behind part of the game. I think UM can beat UGA.
8, #8 Clemson losses at home so the streak ends.
              9, #25 Loserville loses to UK 26 - 13.
              10. Memphis problems continue with a loss to SME 34-31.
              11. TCU wins and should make the CFP.
              12. #11 PSU (who is way better than Purdue) beats MSU 35-16.
              13. #5 LSU loses to TA&M 23-38.
              14. UCF avoids the upset.
              15. Oklahoma loses again with no defense on either team.
              16. #15 ND loses to #6 USC 38-27 and this was one of the few times I was pulling for ND.
              17. TLSA beats Houston.
              18. #12 KSU beats KU 47 - 27.
              19. #2 tosu loses to #3 UM

              So, # 20, 17, 8., 25, 5, 15, 2 (and #21 UC) all lose.

Prediction of the CFP - Georgia, U of Mich, TCU, tosu.
