Dana will lead UH into the Big 12 because he is familiar with the Big 12 while at WVU, per some friends who are big UH fans/alums. I have my doubts right now, but cannot see them sticking with him if this continues. UH thinks they can win the Big 12 in the first couple years in every sport. I'm not sure they could win the American next year if they stayed, so definitely not competing in the Big 12 football race.

Memphis coughed up at 26-7 lead in the 4th quarter and gave up two TD's in the final two minutes to fall to Houston, 33-32, in Memphis. Holgerson and his staff were celebrating wildly at the end.

I gave up on that game last night because Memphis was "firmly in control" at 20-7 after the first half and Houston couldn't get anything going. Just watched some highlights and part of that Houston comeback was a 100 yard kickoff return.

UCF, as expected, are dominating Temple tonight in Orlando. It's 35-13 at the half and the Knights have well over 300 yards of total offense. John Rhys Plumlee is another running QB that the Cats will need to corral.
