3-9 back to back and losing to your rivals again.

I would not be surprised to see Willie Fritz of Tulane to be courted by someone this season.

UNLV fired Marcus Arroyo after three seasons and a 7-23 record. Arroyo had two years left on a $7.7 million contract, but will be paid a $2.3 million buyout over the remainder of that term. The buyout would be privately raised money.

The Rebels were 5-7 this season but had started the season 4-1.

Is he tied to GT?This opening seems to be a better job at the moment, likely better pay too.

No and it looks like that may have hit a snag. Even if it falls through, Fritz's recruiting connections are in the south so that's an iffy proposition for UC maybe?

If Gino and Kerry stay on staff and he can add someone with UC ties (like Mike Mickens), then it could work depending on relationship with current position coaches, though Mike is ready for DC.

CFP rankings out and USC is above tosu. 1st, does anyone really think that USC is better than tosu? Second and more related to this thread, do you think that Day will be in trouble after not making the Big 10 conference championship game and NOT making the CFP two years in a row? I really thought both UM and tosu would make the the CFP.
