^^ I was going to throw both USC and UCLA into the mix but I suspect that they will become the next Nebraska.

Coach Ken and Navy have parted ways. Things have been trending down there for a while so I'm not entirely surprised

Hire him as an assistant coach. He can really coach.

Matt Rhule just gave him a shout on Twitter and told him he was at the top of the list of coaches he would want his kid to play for.

                https://www.espn.com/college-footbal...new-head-coach

Purdue has named Illinois defensive coordinator Ryan Walters, who oversaw the nation's No. 1 unit for much of the season, as its next head coach.

So we have filled most positions but not OC, is that correct?
Has Gino accepted the TE position with Luke or is he still a candidate? Any others?

I have not seen where's he accepted or signed a contract with Wisconsin. He's expected to do so. Gino will not be involved in the bowl game. The OC for the bowl game will be Nate Letton, who recently ended up on the 35 under 35 list of most promising coaches.

As far as the OC goes, I think Satterfield wants his own guy. It might turn out to be Deion Branch who's interim coaching the bowl game for UofL.

Just wondering, does an assistant at Minnesota make more money than a head coach at Kent State? I think so.

The potential for higher salary comes with being top guy instead of making his boss look good. Probably pretty even in pay. Though, as assistant coach salaries go up for OC/DC, the smaller G5 schools won't be able to pay. A higher assistant pool is benefit of more tv revenue
