What an idiot. Does he not realize there are like 10 hospitals within 2 miles of UC's campus? Maybe, and this isn't a far reach to conclude this, it was the ambulances transporting patients to the hospitals around campus that were those sirens.

I can assure you from experience that the Hampton Inn on Short Vine is not a quiet hotel. Pill Hill Expressway.
