Maybe the local players did take notice. Not many local kids signed this year.

The signings of HS players were earlier. Many reasons contributed to the lack of locals. We will have to see next year.

This is a solid and much needed pick up. Hopefully, Evan Prater stays, competes, and develops. I see no future for Ben Bryant.

I don't know. When I look at Jones statistics it is not that impressive. He committed to Ohio State out of high school then decommitted. At Florida he wasn't a starter until his senior season and threw 13 int's to go with his 19 TD. Not a good ratio. He then committed and decommitted from Arizona State and came here. He seems to be all over the place. Bryant's numbers last year were better than Jones except for the scrambling which Bryant is limited at.
