So much for our FG problems being solved. I am not terribly disappointed in this loss but it still hurts.

Kiner was injured midway through the first quarter. No report on him yet. The back-up, Evan Pryor left injured, I believe that Chance Williams also left the game injured. The team was also short of 2-3 wide receivers. The D-Line was down a few players.

Sorsby played his a$$ off. UC got screwed on that overturned targeting call.

I saw an elbow to the head on that one.

            Huh?

Sorsby was amazing. Play calling led to 40+ points on the road down to your 4th string running back.

They lost the game when they called a run with about 35 seconds left then had to blow their last timeout.

I guess our "wonder kicker" is human after all. Should have made one of those two.

Chance Williams was announced as out before the game.

So many 10 second runoff, targeting reversed call and defense could not stop was all that she wrote.

Running play in last 20 second was a bad coaching call. Defense had so many missed tackles in the back field.

Yeah, I don’t think I’d call his game amazing when he threw a pick 6 during a pivotal part of a game we lost by 3. He also had a game defining INT that was dropped in the final 6 minutes of the game.

Too many injuries, too many mistakes and I'm still wondering if Satterfield can call a reasonable game. The fact that we still overcame a lousy game in the defensive secondary is somewhat heartening. Sorsby did a lot to make a number of positive plays when his pass protection broke down so I guess it evens out. Kicking.....even Money Mac missed one last week. At least we have a chance with his leg on the long ones. And he did a good job on kick offs.

UC has lost two games by a total of 4 points. The Pitt loss was on the coaches and no excuses for that performance - utter failure in that game. And the TT loss falls on Sorsby and the pick six. But I remain encouraged by how the team never quit, had a chance to at least tie the game late and maybe had a chance to win but for the two ten second “penalties” at the end. Still not convinced about Satterfield but there is still hope for the season.

We lose top two running backs and top WR in last series; the next man in is ready and performs. The Sorsby INT happens. I'm not convinced on the 3-5-3 scheme, but Satterfield is a good coach, not great. Wish we had Sorsby last year. The offende is cooking. That defense needs something I cannot place my finger upon

Sorsby is the last player who deserves blame for the loss. We lose that game by multiple TDs with Jones at the helm last season.
