Man I guess this is just a situation of misunderstanding. I'm from and am used to shortening names when used as a nickname. When the original name is too long or awkward, hence "Swiss". Or Vik the Swiss instead of Vik the Swiss army knife. I understand Switzerland is not where he's from but in terms of a name like this not all connections have to be right on. I'm just referring to Viks dynamic style of place being able to do multiple things offense and defense. Multiple tools

Vik isn't a multi-tool, he excels at multiple facets of the game, on Defense and Offense.

Vik the Dominator, in best Arnold voice, ir just Dominator is intimidating
Red and Black are more of an Attitude than merely a color combination.

      Intimidate! Dominate! Celebrate!

I believe we just said the same thing. If that's your knickname, all power to you. He hasn't been able to dominant a game just yet. Gotta feed the post, he's definitely getting his within the games

He didn’t get it tonight. Careless play all night. Then haphazardly loses the ball and starts a fight as he does.

Same DDJ - no mental toughness. And completely unacceptable behavior. I’m embarrassed he represents my alma mater.

And then he has to be escorted out of the arena? Unreal.

He Sat at my table at the Red & Black Gala last spring, along with Ody and Newman. Ody and Newmna were great. DDJ was disrespectful and bizarre.

We need to hold representatives our institution accountable.

I could care less if they pose for a picture at a library.

Yes you are right. The thing is in my youth I did the same. I started a fight. It happens although not so much in these games. There is no excuse for it. I was just not thinking and lacked maturity. I should have taken my energy to a better effort..

DDJ played poorly down the stretch last night but he's still been a net positive on the season.

I don't blame him for the blowup. The game was lost by that point. No real harm done. Everything about that game was a circus.

Just frustrated from being outclassed. Talking trash and missing a game winner 3, when he could of drove and created contact will do that

And had he made the game winner in regulation, none of us would say anything bad about him. Disappointed in this forum.

i agree that the shot at the end of regulation was probably not the one that you'd prefer. but, i also think that he looked dead tired at the end - no legs on any of his shots. too many minutes (39)? same with nolley (44 minutes)? i get that wes's options are limited, but i think that a couple of these guys are getting gassed

This is why I don't post anything until the morning after a loss usually. Post loss reactionary meltdowns on message boards are a thing of legend.

well I still don't like his being restrained walking past the Tulane bench. Both sides were out of control. To me , he is a kid and I would have acted as David did although as an old person, it looked bad. Then again he is in his early 20s. I must admit I wouldn't be much help in a fight at my age.
