AZ Compass ran away from IMG Academy in the 2nd half, sending them to the national title game tomorrow. Griffith played very little and not at all in the second half.

Rayvon's AZ Compass Prep team lost to Long Island Lutheran this past Saturday in the first round of the HS National private school tournament on a neutral floor. I think the season is over for him.

I never understood how this happens. Has he had a bad season or something? I mean, 26 spots?

Playing at a premier prep school this past season, he probably got much more exposure than he would have playing in town atTaft. But it's a double-edged sword because he had a bunch of good teammates and I suppose wasn't the star. I'm sure he probably had like one bad game at a big national event and got docked for it... let's get the classic "chip on his shoulder" for motivation going.
