Like any typical All-star game, flashy won out over solid. Everything was done on the run, with each player who managed to get his hands on the ball trying to show what he could do. As far as moving without the ball was concerned, it wouldn't have made much difference. Most of the guys exhibited "touch ball, shoot ball" tendencies.

In Abaev's case, it was reported that he played with an injured hand, so that could've contributed to ballhandling sloppiness.

While all of the players are considered to be All Americans, a few stood out, as predicted. AJ Dybantsa (BYU), the Boozer twins (Duke legacies), Darren Peterson (KS), and Tounde Yessoufou (Baylor) are absolute studs.

The high number of turnovers is probably the players not used to playing with each other and not used to laying against a full team of good players

I think we need to prioritize a slasher.
The teams combined for 34 turnovers.

Yeah, hard to tell if that was the game plan or not. I guess the other concern is he did not move well without the ball, a trend I have noticed with Miller’s offense/players.

Watched him in the fourth quarter and his defense was subpar and his ball handling / decision-making not great.

Small sample size but eager for him to get to campus.

I would think he'll start. He's only going to be here one year most likely. He's an NBA level player.

Hopefully Wes doesn't make the same mistake JB did with Tari Eason.
