Seth Towns, who began his freshman season in 2016-17, has been cleared by the NCAA to play at Howard (Nov. 28 opponent). Towns was an outstanding player at Harvard, suffered injuries, transferred home to Columbus where he played minimally at Ohio State (mostly hurt) and now is in his 8th season. I know he has at least two degrees, so good on him for racking up free education but...

Dayton bounced back from a 5 point loss to Northwestern last Friday and has reached the title game of the Charleston Classic after wins over LSU and St. John's. The Flyers will play either Houston or Utah on Sunday night.

Gotta hand it to UD -- they always make a run in these November tournaments

                    11:53: Bryant 41, @ #10 FAU 37

7:59: Bryant 49-39. FAU ice cold. Can't buy an outside shot.

3:55: Bryant 55-46. Owls are 4-for-26 from arc. Bryant sitting in zone.

I confirmed with a UC source that the game time for the Dayton game downtown on Saturday, 12/16/23, is contingent upon whether the Bengals-Vikings game at Paycor is flexed to that date. That will be announced on 12/5/23.

Since upsetting FAU 61-52, Bryant has since beaten Howard at home (67-61) and lost at Xavier yesterday, 100-75.

UIC hasn’t lost since the season-opening loss to auction, most recently topping undefeated GW

XU falls at home to Oakland.

Potential rebuilding year for X with tons of new faces + UC showing flashes of being good and having some swagger = is this the year to break the streak at Cintas?
