Houston and Texas went at it in an extremely physical performance. After the Cougars jumped up by 8 at the half in Austin, the Longhorns' defense tightened, allowing them to have a late small lead. Houston tied it and the game went to OT, in which the two teams continued to go back and forth. In the end, the Cougars pulled it out, 76-72.

According to Kellis Robinett of The Wichita Eagle, Tang’s frustration stemmed from his belief that Iowa State had planted team representatives in the stands behind the Kansas State bench to steal signs during huddles. Tang and his staff were reportedly concerned that the representatives were then texting that information into the Iowa State huddles.

A little Coach vs Coach drama last night at ISU.

Apparently Jerome Tang had a complaint about fans throwing things at the K-State bench and went to the table to ask TJ Otzelberger to say something to the crowd. Oztelberger went nuts and tried to get Tang T'd up for leaving the coaching box.

I don't mind the court storm but worth pointing out TCU is now #37 in the NET (so 7 spots removed from even being a Quad 1 win...)
