Start October 23-24. Eight weeks. Zero byes. Title game December 19 -- obviously that's with the aim to be eligible for the CFP.

I sure hope we get three or four games in this season. I just signed up for ESPN+, so I could watch the games. I hate giving them more money, as I already pay them for the other ESPN channels.

Memphis will likely have to cancel their game against Houston next week. 20 positive tests and 20 more are quarantined per Mark Gianotto at the Commerical Appeal. There is a party bus involved here and almost all the affected players are on the defense.

No lawsuit has been filed yet. But, it will be against the B1G if it is filed.

Correction: To sue the B10, not the NCAA.

I don't understand the what the basis of that lawsuit could possibly be!?! It would set a horrible precedent. The implications could open up other lawsuits against the state.

My gut tells me the arrogance of the Big 10 led them to believe they would lead the way in cancelling the season much like the Big East led the way to cancel conference Basketball tournaments. They only changed their position when it became clearer that their decision means games and championships would be played without them. May be a bit tongue in cheek, but I think they truly thought the others would follow their lead.

The battle for the Iron Skillet is fried after TCU players and staff tested positive for Covid-19. Game was scheduled for 9/11 and is Indefinitely postponed.

I hope that’s not a precursor of things to come

The NCAA just announced furloughs of 600 staff members on a variable schedule of 3 to 8 weeks, running to January.

If this is true, it gives some credibility to the Nebraska players lawsuit. According to anonymous source, the cinference had no plans to disclose the actual vote that was actually taken. Get your popcorn, this is gonna get interesting.
