the whole system stinks. A school poaches a coach, so another school poaches a coach and so on and so on. Then players either follow the coach or leave to another school that will have them and it follows with each school that lost a coach. Assistant coaches are left up in the wind. It comes down to this - the fans are the only ones hurt in the deal. I guess that the Olympic sports are still semi-intact. I wish our new coach the best and I hope that UC can continue to win with him leading the way. However, if he is successful, I suspect that his dream job lies in the Carolinas somewhere.

The transfer portal and NIL will be the end of college FB, sooner than later unless changes are made. I say that within 5 years, the game will not resemble what we know and love.
