Unfortunately that was the correct call. Just amazing bad luck on that .

Offense play calling stinks. Still only rushing 3 of defense most of the time. This is hard to watch.

I'm not exactly happy about the start but we got points up after some clumsy looking drives. 3-0 and I guess the other kicker has a leg. Hawks from 55

Important. For those of watching from home or a bar that uses DirectTV, Disney and DirectTV came to an agreement. The game should air as planned today on ESPNU.

I think the UC defense is well suited to stop and significantly slow down Miami's offense. I cannot say I'm a fan of using only 3 down linemen, but it works at App St and it will work against Miami because the defensive back field will cover long enough for our linemen to get pressure and the linebacker speed will help in the run game. In both the secondary coverage and the LB speed, this scheme will not work against Big 12 or other P4 teams. I predict the 6th year Miami QB will get frustrated and take unnessary chances, and UC wins the turnover battle by at least 3 TOs. Our offense, while improved over last year, will get healthy in this game.

    UC - 33

    Miami - 13

Line is currently UC -3.5. I think it started the week at -1. Keep in mind the line last week was completely wrong.

Yeah, I was being entirely cynical ….. I’d expect him to say nothing less as he hired Satterville. That was a Dave Shula-esque coaching effort Saturday.

I get that it might not be last year within the locker room. That's a good thing. I'm all for a positive way forward.

However, The results haven't changed so far this year and that's an issue. Maybe it will actually turn around but the company line isn't going to hold water if we don't win this week and against Houston.
