Imagine UC renogitating Satterfield's contract by $2,000,000 and diverting that money to the players via NIL. Then imagine a young hungry coach willing to take a few hundred thousand for the HC job, knowing he can buy top recruits with the rest (if the university commits) and then parlay a winning season into a job at a win hungry big-money school. Even a coach like Deion can win with the top paid recruits. The youth movement is already all-the-rage in NFL and NCAA head coaching hires.
