This is another winnable game that is almost must win. Does anyone think maybe the kids made so many mistakes/costly penalties against ISU because they put pressure on themselves? They seem to come out loose and ready to open the game, then play with less confidence.

Maybe because they know the staff will eventually take it's foot off the gas? That would bother me as a player I think.

I'm not sure the staff would let loose. During Tony Pike's postgame interview with CSS, one of the coaches was blistering the team in a profanity-laced tirade in the background.

Are we sure it was a coach and not a player? Either way, the play on the field has garnered some negative attention. That can be good and bad. We'll see how the team responds this week in Manhattan.
