Here is a big wish. His name is not in the portal yet, but I believe it is just a matter of time. Lincoln Kienholz from tOSU. He is a good runner/passer and hard nosed. Yes he is from out west, but he plays right up the road. he may bring in a top wr as a couple of those high rated buckeyes ca't find the field with the loaded room. I don't want to seem like the poor little brother, but I think Lincoln could do just as good if not better than what UC had, There are QBs out there and with UCs ability to develop o-lines, I see an adequate replacement. Go Cats.

If most of these guys don't follow Brian Hartline to USF. Sadly, we missed the boat when he decided to stay at tOSU and turned down a job interview.Originally posted by leo from jersey View PostHere is a big wish. good points, but some talk about Air Noland who BH recruited to tOSU and transferred as a possible qb for Hartline. The wrs yes. All remains to be played out.Originally posted by red_n_black_attack View Post

Ts quite sadOriginally posted by London 'Cat View PostCSS admitted in an interview that UC can’t afford players like Sorsby after the stats he compiled in 2025. In my opinion, he just sealed his fate for any transfer portal players. All they will hear is we can only afford second or third tier players. UC is doomed.

Just a sad state of college athletics, and is a reflection of the country's direction in general (unchecked greed). No more caring about staying home or family alums, tradition, etc.., just "pay me." And I have nothing against players being compensated, or even being able to transfer more easily, but this is just chaos propped-up by the taxpayer funded schools, so that a small group of private investors and people can make bank from it. Whatever, I care less every year that goes by.

outside of select group of bluebloods, and a few schools who have "super" boosters, who don't mind throwing money around (TTU), i think most schools are / will be in the same boat. i could eventually see a group of very well funded schools breaking away.Originally posted by London 'Cat View PostCSS admitted in an interview that UC can’t afford players like Sorsby after the stats he compiled in 2025. I have been thinking this as well for a while now. The B1G and SEC have so much more money than the other conferences. It will be the rich alumni from certain schools to determine the future (if this out-of-control spending and buying players continue.) SMU, BYU and TCU may fall into the wealthy donors category.Originally posted by D.A.H. View Post

I hope that paying $4M for a QB will soon be something of the past.

He is decent/good, but not worth any $4 million bucks.Originally posted by bearcatbret View Post
