I have had season tickets for over 40 years. Unless UC Administration makes some serious changes in coaching (both FB and BB), old timers like me will not be buying the expensive $2K "Victory Level" seats again, as who wants to watch an outgunned 2-10 play at a half empty Nippert? UC should "quickly pull the bandaid off", and start the rebuilding process now...... what a shame the big $$ is doing to college FB with their stupid NIL and portal rules.

Navy would have been a handful even if UC was at full strength....if not, well, you saw the result.

        Was that Veidt’s scheme ?

I don’t think anyone other than the players like this. How do we affect change in the system ?

3 down linemen, 3 linebackers and 5 defensive backs. It allowed far too many rushing yards and was easily picked apart by a competent QB with time to make his reads.

There was one UC player that I was very impressed with; number 22. His name is Jonathan Thompson. He is a 6'2" 230 linebacker and he is from Columbus, OH. He is a redshirt junior. He made tackle after tackle. He also recovered a fumble. Why is it this guy has not played? He is one of the best linebackers I have seen in a long time. I really look forward to seeing him play next season.

By the way, in the Navy game, Thompson had 8 tackles, a tackle for loss, and a fumble recovery. He did all of this without playing most of the 4th quarter.

Thompson started most of the year or at least was a regular sub. He was awesome all season but last night wasn’t in Golday’s shadow. It allowed him to be featured.
