Glad the post interview shenanigans are back. Some of the circa 2010 old ones are classics.

TOO FUNNY Watching the UC vs OSU game. ESPN, i assume, was interviewing a UC pitcher and in the background is a teammate. He was wearing about 6 baseball caps, sideways, rotating from left to right He is constantly sticking out his large tongue, trying to catch popcorn that a teammate off camera is throwing. Occasionally, you will some popcorn bouncing off of the pitcher getting interviewed. The announcer even made a comment. By the way, they won the play over game today and are winning the second game in the 4th.

The Friday night game was suspended in the third inning. Today will be a double header if you feel like going down to campus. https://fanrecap.com/cincinnati-vs-o...knaqZXWQiANIgA

The Cats need to regroup after the Eggmen sent them packing, 16-5, on Tuesday. That's five straight losses, dropping UC to 21-19 and in need of a big weekend with the Cowboys at home.

Tough weekend in Morgantown. The Mountaineers jumped up 9-1 on the Bearcats and swept the series with a 10-5 final. WV have won 16 straight games, including 11 in the B12. The Cats are 21-18.

UC have two games this week before Okie State come in for the weekend. On Tuesday, they'll play at XU, followed by a home game with Milwaukee.

The Bearcats held a 5-2 lead against Norwood Tech at home tonight, but couldn't hold it. The Eggmen got a 2-run HR in the 9th to go up 7-5. UC tried to rally, with Brandon Vitourek homering to lead off. However, they left a runner at 2nd. Final: 7-6.

Next up, a trip to Morgantown, starting Thursday.

perfect squeeze might have been a little off center, to make it a little harder for it to be fielded, instead of straight back to the pitcher, but it did work

What a rubber match game today, unbelievable. A lot of lead changes. Bottom of ni ninth, down by a run with 2 outs and bases empty against the ASU pitcher that throws at 99 mph. With the count at 2 balls and no strikes he hits the next pitch for a home run, the first of his career. They end up winning i n bottom of 10th, WOW

Wild ballgame tonight. 3:45 to get it done. The Cats fell behind, 4-0, in the first inning, then 6-2, before the comeback began. In the 7th, UC scored 5 runs to go up, 7-6, then 4 more in the 8th. The top of the 9th was a struggle, with ASU scoring early, but eventually left two on. Final: UC 11-7.

The Cats are now 20-13 (7-6).

The two teams will go back at it at 3:00, after the football showcase.
