If my memory serves me right, Stevenson was the guard at WSU who got into it with Jarron Cumberland, who taunted Stevenson after an in-your-face drive for an “And 1”.

LSU guard Brandon Murray transferring, big bodied guard averaged 10 pts a game, think he was a freshman this year. Former 4 star prospect.

ESPN's Adam Finkelstein: Murray has heard from Auburn, Tenneesee, Illinois, Cincinnati, Georgetown, Kansas St, Maryland, Virginia, Texas A&M, Arkansas & others in the last 24 hours. Started 32 of 33 games this year as a freshman.

Terrence Shannon, who scored 10.4 points in 25 mins/game as a junior at Texas Tech, is somehow already in the portal (but considering staying at TTU). From Chicago. 6'6. I'm sure this will be compeitive.

Erik Stevenson -- who spent two years at Wichita State, one year at Washington (he's from WA), and one year at South Carolina -- has been contacted by UC. He's a 6'4 guard with one year of eligibility left. 11.6, 4.7 and 2.8. I'm pretty sure we discussed him previously, whether before his transfer to UW or S. Carolina, or both.

Jermaine Couisnard, who has 1-2 years left and put up double figures at South Carolina, is in the portal. From East Chicago, IN. Don't like his FT #s and his outside shooting could stand to improve. Not saying UC will be looking at him. Indiana guard Rob Phinisee into the portal. He has one (COVID) year left. He was a former low 4-star recruit that many anticipated would become an all-Big Ten guard. But he didn't seem to develop much, though had an insane game earlier this year in knocking off Purdue. He's not particularly tall, not super fast, and has struggled with his shot. But I think he'd be more ready to contribute at the AAC level than the aforementioned Khristian Lander. Seems like a great kid.

Lot of chatter the Lsu kids may follow the Wade assistant who is evidently going to join Georgetown's staff. Who knows, short term fix for Ewing's issues.

Can someone whose pay grade is far above that of mine explain to me how this would be considered as "fair" or balanced. To have in essence an entire team (2 or more players) from the same team transfer / follow a coach / coach's wholesale, so to speak, to another and same school? I would think that tampering, or i.e.. scheming deliberate planning and implementation is definitely involved! If there is any way possible for despicable people to abuse the system for nefarious ways they are sure going to do it. Someone else in another thread has already said it but its bears repeating, these new changes ( transfer portal and NIL ) are going to change college athletics and its not for the better.
