Listen Sedz, I understand what you are saying. What I am saying to you is that UC is not good at playing in the 4 out / 1 in system. BYU has some good size in the starting lineup. Their starting point guard is 6'9". They can send a 6'7", 6'8" (big body), and a 6'5" (guard) to the boards. BYU is out rebounding teams by + 9.2. How is UC going to handle that? They bring off the bench a 6'9", 6'10", and 6'6" (big body) to help.

BYU plays 4 out / 1 in but they have the size on their roster to play with two bigs or any other way that they want to play. UC cannot do that. That may be hurting UC. BYU's roster is much more flexible. Throughout the course of a game, my guess is we will see BYU play with a number of different lineups other than 4 out / 1 in.

Nevertheless, I hope that UC can win this game. This would be a pretty good win.

Yep, BYU plays the modern positionless style that I've been promoting for years. They always have big guards and wings that can play multiple positions. They can really score and rebound. Wings, wings, and more wings. I think we have the personnel to try that, but Wes has too traditional of a mindset. He's always had a pure C and a pure PG in his lineups.

          • Hero Ball. But this guy was a hero because he did it all and he did it for his team,

It would be a lot better if he was in a Royals uniform.

                • Our offense sits at #172, one spot above Cal Poly. It's now the worst Bearcats offense ever in the Torvik era, going back to 2008. Worse than Brannen's teams or the early Cronin years. We're getting dangerously close to below the median nationally, which is #182.

Yeah. I believe that. Have you seen UC's conference stats? Take a look at them and tell us what you think. Worst that I have ever seen.

I saw that pic too. I will try to make a memes with him as a Bearcat.

They've got to be horrible. But I'll give everyone a break from stats for a few days. I have a newborn. His name is Oscar.
