I hope that this is the correct thread. It seems like the PAC may be getting close. ESPN = tier I and streaming combo = tier II. That's a bit unfortunate since they are probably the best football school currently. Arizona and Colorado bring nothing to the football field currently... though that might change in a couple years under Prime.
