Did he did manage to get out there and catch at least one against SMU. I remember this because it was in front of me in the stands and I was a little suprised.

What an awesome guy and a real credit to Cincinnati! Thanks KC for all you do and for sticking with these kids when others thought more about themselves.

Blue had been injured for a good portion of his time here. He just had trouble staying healthy. Then, a strong group of receivers arrived, and he was behind.

            Via Pete Thamel:

Very cool to hear the UL/Cincy players fired up to play in @FenwayBowl. It's a good reminder -- players like bowls. "Being down there on the field and seeing that Green Monster, it’s something special," UC's Will Huber said. "It looks a lot bigger on person that it does on TV."

Hopefully one of the first things Satterfield addresses next year is all the stupid unsportsmanlike penalties. That is one of the few criticisms I had of Fickel. He tolerated way too much of that crap.

What a farce. The defense is trying to arm tackle and we see the result. Hopefully Coach Satt will get their heads (and bodies) into the game next year.

                        Random thoughts so far.

Serious lack of effort, it appears they don’t really care.
Prater looks like he just has no idea.
Maybe next year we finally get rid of that 3-3-5.
We’ll also need to find a QB, at least somebody to compete for the job.
Hopefully they put better effort into the second half.

Hard to place blame on Prater. No first string receivers. Offensive line can’t protect him. I also hate the 3-3-5. This will be a loss because there are so many key components missing.

                            Lichtenberg in and promptly fumbles.

Coombs just trying to see what they have there. Perhaps Satterfield instructed Coombs to do this?

                              Edit, now Prater back in.

It won’t matter because the game is being dominated at the line of scrimmage. You could play Mahomes at QB and it would not make a difference.
