It is a lot of fun watching teams that we beat or would have beaten play in bowl games, while we sit home in poor season oblivion. Miami easily beat Colorado State in a rather well attended "Snoop Dog/Arizona Bowl"..... Give CSS one more year, and reconsider going back to the AAC. So the Big 12 gives UC more money? What good is that if you miss out on the fun of a solid winning season. Remember, I was against the move to the Big 12 at the beginning. I am not trying to "troll here"..... just frustrated that 3 years ago we were in the top 4 in the country, and now we are rated 83rd.

    B.C.

The Metro conference was a really good b-ball conference. I remember telling some guys in my high school (in Michigan) that I was going to UC and they said awesome, going to the Metro Conference. It was fun when FSU hosted the outdoor conference track meet. Deon Sanders would run from the baseball diamond to the track when it was time for him to compete. It just was not sustainable because all of the football programs were independent and the writing was on the wall. The announcer probably does not remember the Great Midwest either (but that kind-of stunk). I was actually a track official during one of the indoor track meets while in the Great Midwest and also for the full conference outdoor meet. Thanks for making me feel old.

That was Eli Holstein and he's been hurt for the last month which might explain a few things.

The Fighting Butch Jones'es are taking it to BGSU right now in Mobile. And as I type that BGSU scores on a fake punt.

Coastal Carolina installed the "Teal Turf" at their stadium in Conway in 2015. I don't know if it's been replaced since then.

Take a look at the field at Eastern Michigan, then brace yourself for the one at Eastern Washington.

Do not adjust your set if you're watching games today. Going from Aqua turf to Blue turf this morning and afternoon. Myrtle Beach to Boise
