Confirmed by the Ticket office. Why the ticket office you ask? Because the "MTE" which is being hosted at UC including Detroit Mercy and Eastern Washington is a seperate event and not part of the season ticket package according to email sent to season ticket holders today. These tickets will be all single game tickets and will be available to the general public on Oct. 5, after the season ticket holders get their shot at them.
I think it's a crock they dither around and fail to schedule this MTE event until the last minute. And then they say it's not part of the season package. Well good luck there. I already bought in for the Miami game, now they want this. I'm passing.
And then they do a home and home with Howard. Howard? Are they unaware they are in the B-12 now? IUPUI was unavailable?
Not to mention the roster. Despite the NCAA stating months ago they were going to crack down on multiple transfer players, they rolled the dice and signed two of them. I could maybe see taking a risk on the Utah Valley kid. Now the odds are they are down two roster spots for bigs, and they passed on guys who maybe could have helped them. Not to mention NIL $ down the drain. We'll see how that works out.
These guys wanted big time. Now they got it. They need to get their heads out of their collective a$$es and figure things out.
The Howard game was done at the last minute, as UC scrambled to find a road opponent after negotiations with a high mid-major fell apart (reportedly A10). There were logistical issues. By the time this occurred, there weren't many options left.
With respect to the B12 schedule itself, the Cats have a road trip of interesting proportions. Whoever is in charge of making the travel arrangements should have fun getting the team from Morgantown after the Saturday night game on 1/31/24 to Lubbock for a Tuesday night game at TTU on 2/3/24.

That's actually ... I'm pretty sure then WVU coach Bob Huggins -- when asked about UC, others joining the Big 12 -- bemoaning having to go to Lubbock, Texas on a short turnaround.
Though it looks like they play at WVU on a Wednesday, TTU on a Saturday.

Yeah this. Don't complain about the Howard game. It was that or nothing from what I was told. The fact that we gave up a home and home here should tell you how much of bind we were in on this.
I have a question concerning the 13 non-conference basketball games. Are any of them going to be televised (TV or computer)? The current basketball schedule does NOT have any media coverage information concerning those games. Does anyone know something about the media coverage of those games? Thank you in advance.

The schedule here is showing 10 games on ESPN+, Crosstown Shootout on FS1, and the Howard and UD games unknown. If that is true, that is at least 22/31 games on ESPN+ this season...yikes!

Thanks bud for the information. The printable PDF version of the basketball schedule (on the basketball home page) at this time does NOT have the media coverage for the non-conference games.

Single game pricing:
Courtside: $42.50
Champions Club: $35
Lower bowl: $17.50
Upper bowl: $10
Parking $10
Caveat apparently. They aren't selling the upper bowl until everything else sells. If you were hoping for the $10 ticket price, you're going to have to wait it looks like.
It's always good to go against others but I'm concerned that we won't know what we really have without knowing the availability of Reynolds and Bandeago.
