No but you have to have desire and know how. These traits are sadly missing in the current BB era.

St Mary's wins by going to a two big lineup in the second half. I'd love to find skilled bigs like that who can finish, pass, and defend. But I'll take a skilled wing over an unskilled big body.

We need heart and desire. See Eric Hicks.

Another example is Colorado St. Look at what their all wing lineup is doing to Memphis's huge frontcourt.
Let's see how far Colorado State gets with Maryland, their next game. That is a good contrast of styles of play and physical types. Should be an very interesting game.

That's it exactly. You can't rebound standing at the arc watching your trajectory to see if the ball goes in and then running back flashing the trey sign to everybody when it does. You have to want to rebound. If I was Miller I would get Eric Hick's, Bobby Brannen highlight vids to show these athletes today what being a bearcat thug is

sadly, I doubt if that will stir the current Cats. CWM needs to go and find some with hearts and then develop them. I think it is too late for most, if not all, for these current Cats. Maybe the coaches too.

Well this Crown tourney will show exactly what we have. If we don't make some noise in these games it will be a safe state of affairs.

Maryland is a top 8 team, so I expect Colorado St to struggle much more than in round 1. Those two teams aren't on the same talent level.

McNeese is getting destroyed by Purdue, who is much more disciplined offensively than Clemson was. Purdue is patiently passing through the aggressive defense and getting wide open looks.

Purdue has been well coached for decades including the change in coaches.

Back to the portal. Jacari White, and I should have noticed this before now, was at Olympia HS in FL with Jizzle James.

I don't have the resources to look into this, but wonder if Brook Cupps from Indiana would draw any interest from UC.

                          Gabe* (his dad is Brook)

He wouldn’t be more than a back up. Dayton and maybe OSU could be his main options.
