No as in He has no eligibility or no that the NCAA has no right to arbitrarily ban these players. And what is the new evidence ?

      Long answer.
      • The NCAA lost in the trial court - athletes eligible.
      • The NCAA appealed that decision and also moved for a stay during appeal, which the court granted - athletes not eligible.
      • The athletes sought a reconsideration of the stay, which the court denied - athletes ineligible.
Now, the appeal rests in the court of appeals. No oral argument set, to my knowledge. It will likely take the court until after the season ends to issue its decision.

Summary - athletes remain ineligible until the appeals court issues a decision in their favor and against the NCAA. In my experience, this will be months from now.

Don't know anything about new evidence.
