Leadoff single, but no advance. UCF win 6-5. UC will play tomorrow. They cannot lose any more.

We will be playing Texas in the loser's bracket today at 5:00 . TTU beat Texas 6-4 late last night. UC is out with a loss. Probably need to win this one to get into the NCAAs as well.

The 1st team to bite the dust? K-State knocked the Mountaineers out of the B12 tourney, 8-4, earlier today.

UC 1-0 up after top of the 1st

1-0 top of 4th. Bases loaded and no outs for UC. Texas pitcher is high in the pitch count and we can hit him.

And.... pitching change.

Boba had a no-no through 4 and then gave a up no doubter 2 run HR and and another followup run, That lead to a pitching change for UC and rthe reliever shut down Texas with the bases loaded.

Texas 3-2 bottom of the 5th

Bearcats with multiple hits in the top of the 6th. 4-3 UC

UC was up 8-3 going to bottom of the eighth. So far a HBP and walk, both scored. UC up 8-6 going to the ninth. Whoops, now 8-7 going to the ninth.

Texas Tech on deck at 5:00 today. The loser is out. If UC wins and UCF loses against OK St. today, UC would play UCF again in an elimination game in the next round.
