Re: Mack, I think the things that Miller and Mack were doing at X no longer apply. NIL has killed that advantage for them. Now everyone can play that game.
i don’t think the reference had anything to do with
religion either. Just the nature of that particular
    university, & I agree , others.
i read the fan forum of this particular team &
the moderator always takes the opportunity to
    trash UC for past transgressions.
Sanctimony, Self Righteousness & Holier than
Thou-edness are their 3 main majors.

Porter Moser has long been rumored to DePaul -- would be an interesting move if that ends up happening. Not that it matters to us as much, with OU off to the SEC.

Paid, unverified blue checks have made these kind of rumors much easier to spread.

Louisville plays NC State late this afternoon - Kenny Payne's tenure is nearing an end and it could be a matter of hours before the U of L comes open.

That is (unofficially) a wrap from the Josh Eilert era in Morgantown.

Sort of official now from Thamel. He qoutes West Virginia as moving on.

Contract extension at Ole Miss for Chris Beard -- he seemed like a coach who could try to jump for an open job, though the circumstances surrounding his dismissal from Texas would have made some ADs/boosters uncomfortable.

Payne's presser post game was trash. He accepted no responsibility for his record and blamed everyone but himself. Surprised they let him on the team plane and didn't fire him on the spot for cause.

Louisville makes it official -- Kenny Payne is out after two seasons, which included a 19-point Maui loss to UC last season.
