Well now that Yost's deadline has come and gone, we now have less than a week before games begin to be played. This feet dragging is so unfair to all of these kids not just ours. When there's so much money, options and limited opportunity available, riding on a decision you would think that decisions would be handed down sooner. Or maybe the decision has already been made and that's the reason for having nothing announced.
I don't think this is accurate. Yost said he wanted to hear back from the NCAA by 10/27, and he did. The matter is still under review by the committee that handles these appeals. Yes, the season is rapidly approaching so time is short. And yes, the NCAA does not seem to be in any hurry for any matters pending appeal of eligibility.

@creid85 on Twitter/X said the AG Yost was on WLW and said the Aziz Bandaogo appeal should be decided by end of the week; supposedly did not sound confident and is preparing a class action.

Wes reportedly said they're still waiting on the waiver appeal situation. Appeals have been filed for both Jamille and Aziz. The grapevine says tomorrow but we'll see.

Jamille Reynolds just tweeted “This one hurts. Make it right!”

Could be as simple as not being cleared for tonight. Possibly could be related to an official decision from NCAA.

I think it was about not being able to play last night. The waivers are still under appeal according to several sources.

These waivers are being approved like they were playing frisbee golf with manhole covers so if we get lucky enough to have our transfers approved it might be by the time March madness arrives.

If not sooner, we won't have to worry about March Madness.

Apparently, the NCAA denied both of the waiver appeals for Bandago and Reynolds. I'm not sure where this is headed, short of possible litigation.

If the NCAA is comprised of all college ADs and coaches then this latest news comes as no surprise when considering the two latest recruiting classes the Bearcats have accrued. And accomplished without any improprieties, then the afore mentioned people, especially those of the greatest bball conference in the nation, are not going to allow some newcomer to that conference, one with bball tradition, come in and disrupt the proverbial apple cart. You can't take the chance of having the highest paid college bball coach ( Self ) with the ink on a new lifetime contract still not quite dry, be showed up. That's just another example of our being " bounced" That's how I see things.

Not good. Going to be a long season.

So does Justin Williams. We knew it, we’re not North Carolina.

NEW: Cincinnati MBB transfer Aziz Bandaogo had his mental health waiver for immediate eligibility denied on appeal by the NCAA, sources tell @TheAthleticCBB. This marks a second denial and end of the NCAA’s waiver process, but Bandaogo will likely pursue legal action. #Bearcats
